Storm clouds lifting, Emotions shifting
Searching deeper increasingly braver
no map to guide me only strength inside me
Looking for answers as my thoughts do dances
Will I get to the end I ask again and again
this feeling is an ailment and I long to cure it
I’ve been living in the dark now I’m basking in the sun
I’m almost there I’m on the last run,
the close ones around me always astound me
they keep me smiling when in turmoil I’m writhing
the tears keep falling I hear you calling,
time past is long, grief’s grip has been strong,
I will keep on believing that in death you still see me
the burden of guilt has shrouded me like a quilt
I’ll let that pass by as I look to the sky
I feel you with me I see the signs you send me
storms clouds lifting emotions shifting
body feels lighter, futures brighter,
feeling grateful, creative words helpful
never ending this message I’m sending
I’ll keep singing my song for in my heart you live on
this is not goodbye I will no longer cry till we meet again
see you later Den.
